Hi,

Yes, as well I've installed recently HET IDE and SynaptiCAD, checked I have the environment variables set

SYNCAD_HOME C:\SynaptiCAD

VCToolkitInstallDir C:\SynapticCAD\vctoolkit\

under User variables for User,

and

UNISON C:\SynaptiCAD\,unison\

under

System Variables,

and m expecting of course and the only aim is to get the HET IDE launched and working fine, however when launching the HET IDE after installation, next error appears:

Dear revered friends,

A question is also under which sort of environment variables each of three needs to be set?

Please try to help us to resolve this and get it working well.

- Why have you asked me the question? Of course, TI Hercules device and so the support forum topic question published in.

- How does it matter/relate which device to the HET IDE?

1) Probably it should not depend on a device, m making small research why, m trying this:

but still the 0xc000007b error...

reinstalled DirectX, also in process .NET framework update?

How to proceed and succeed?

Hi,

I asked, because you didn't specify any device in your question, and this forum supports multiple SoCs (Keystone, Hercules & OMAP-L13x devices), which are managed by different support groups, hence without any part number present your question might be missed.

Anyway I will contact the Hercules team.

Hello Pavel,

Your question is addressed to TI engineer. But I think you should give some more information about your software environment. Let us know your OS version. From what I can see on Internet this is Windows related issue.

As Miro mentioned, this appears to be a Windows issue. Could you please share which Windows OS you are using?
