TM4C1294KCPDT: How to achieve Channel to channel Analog isolation to connect inbuilt ADC of TIVA controller

Hi ,

Please suggest a precise analog signal isolator, which meets following

1 ) ADC used: in inbuilt ADC of TIVA TM4C1294KCPDT

2) Input : 4-20mAmp current- 16 channes

3) Isolation Required: 2KV

4) Impulse : 5KV

5) Sampling rate : 1ms

6) channel to channel isolation.
