TMS570LC4357: Hercules Safety MCU Demos Not Installing

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

While trying to install the Hercules Demo I got the attached Windows Installer multiple times and then then another error which terminates the installation. I would appreciate any help please. I've installed CCS (latest version)
