Dear Sir/Ms.

My customers use this EK-TM4C123GXL to develop their products. It was found that the TM4C123GH6PMI (USB tooling) above is easy to burn. The customer wants to repair the EK-TM4C123GXL, may I ask if I can provide the Fimrware Image of TM4C123GH6PMI for the customer to program after replacing the new IC. If you already have a complete sw package, you can give it to me.

There are two TM4C123GH6PMI devices on the EK-TM4C123GXL launchpad. U1 is the device that runs the customer code. The flash on this device can be blank. U2 contains the Stellaris ICDI (in-circuit debug interface) firmware. Here is the binary image of that device's flash:

May it be noted that this method, "Attacks the Symptom - yet (not) the Cause - of client's issue?"

Without properly investigating - then 'correcting' - the, "Cause of this issue" (btw - MCU is NOT "easy to burn") this situation is likely to endlessly repeat!
