TMS570LC4357: Using SIMOx and SIMOx in non parallel mode

Hello,

I wanted to comfirm the use of simo and somi.

For Mibspi1 and Mibspi5, if I am not using parallel mode, do I have to use SIMO_0 an SOMI_0 or is it possible to use some of the other pins?

Currently the electronics group routed a peripheral on Mibspi5-SOMI_0 and Mibspi5-SIMO_3. Is it possible to use this configuration?

Hi Martin,

When parallel mode is not used, only the SIMO_0 and SOMI_0 terminals are used for the communication.
