Absolute maximum rating of hercules refers input voltage shall be between 4.6V and -0.3V.
Since we don't adopt damping resisiter for EMIF BUS, so Voltage overshoot and undershoot violate absolute rating above.
But we didn't have troubles at so far.
Overshoot of 2n seconds was measured. I hope it's acceptable.How do you think about it ?
I also want to know the structure of I/O. Do you have a clamp diode, for example?
