Hello,

Please refer to the related link. I have followed all the instructions as mentioned in the link below.

On my earlier windows 10 version I was able to see the USB DFU option.

I am unable to see the USB DFU option in LM Flash programmer 1613 on Windows 10 2019 enterprise edition OS. 

Please let me know if I need to do install anything else or newer version.

    Hello Poonam,

    I am assuming here that the USB DFU device is not showing up when you refresh for connections.

    Have you looked at device manager to see if you have a USB DFU showing up under device manager? Can you provide a screenshot if so in order for me to see how it is enumerating as a USB DFU device? If not, have you tried manually installing the drivers?

    Also, are you able to see any other USB interfaces work such as CDC?
