TMDSECATCNCD379D: In TwinCAT 3.1 software does not switch to current state OP mode

Hi:

I have problems in my EtherCAT project. My EtherCAT device (ET1100) is in OP mode as "Current State" in configuration mode in TwinCAT software. However, when I set the "Activate Configuration" in TwinCAT software, the device becoming "Current State" PREOP. My device does not switch to OP mode when TwinCAT is activate configuration.

In below, there are device error images that I get when I want to switch from PREOP mode to OP mode in the activation mode in the TwinCAT software.

Hi Sinan,

Does everything work OK in 'Free Run' mode? If so, can you review and follow the instructions in the ETG App Note below, primarily section 3.2 Run Mode:

Hi, Kevin:

When the TwinCAT software is in 'Free Run" mode, my device's 'Current State' is PREOP. But in OP mode as 'Current State' in configuration mode (Config Mode).

Hi Sinan,

I believe you can have both 'Free Run' and 'Config Mode' enabled at the same time in TwinCAT. Please check if you can get to OP state while both are enabled.

By the way, have you been referencing both of the documents below for C2000/CCS software, SSC tool, and Twincat usage? Both are relevant and maybe you've only seen one so far.
