Hi team,

Could you share specification difference between TMS320F28386D and TMS320F28386D-Q1?

I understand Q1 is for automotive grade, but cannot find difference except for ESD rating.

Is there any specification difference between non-Q1 and Q1 devices? For example, if one consider switching from Q1 to non-Q1, is there any points should be taken care of?

Or, the device is the same but screening was done for Q1 devices?

There is no functional difference between these device so one should be able to switch the device with-out any SW change.
