I am wondering if the code will also work in this mosfet configuration:

Steven, currently the code switches both the FETs ON at the same time. Once you understand the PWM module you can easily adjust it to the converter attached. But i think on the attached both FET ON may not be acceptable.

They are also both switched on together, I should have shown that.
