TMS320F280049C: Error -151 : XDS100v2 connect to F280049 controlCARD

Hi Champ, 

I am asking for my customer.

The customer is trying to connect the control card with XDS100v2 USB Debug Probe.

That, it is always showing : Error connecting to the target: (Error -151 @ 0x0). The message is shown in below pic.

I have asked the customer to check all the switches on control card which are all on correct positions, also the voltages on board and change the USB cable.

Besides, follow the troubleshooting guide for this error as below document.

We have tried the method as mention, just didn't reinstall the CCS yet.

However, the problem is still there. May I have any comment on this ?
