    Hi MJ, 

    The TMS320F28386S-Q1 is part of the TMS320F2838x family.  The entire family safety capable.  The beta releases for FMEDA, Safety Manual, SDLs and STLs are available to enable prototyping for early adopters.  The product is going through the required qualification for TUV certification and that will most likely complete this year.

    You may reach out to your FAE contacts to obtain an NDA and  request the available safety collateral. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
