TMS320F280021: Hardware Built-In Self-Test

Dear community,

there is a document describing the HWBIST for the F28X7x family. (C2000 Hardware Built-In Self-Test (ti.com))

Is there an analog version for the F28002x family or the F28x family in general? We want to use the full HWBIST but need to understand how it works.

What do you mean by analog version of HWBIST? Also, what was not clear in C2000 Hardware Built-In Self-Test (ti.com))

Hello and thanks for your reply!

the document is clear but it states 'Hardware Built-In Self-Test (BIST) feature in the F28X7x family' and I am not sure whether it is the same for all F28x (for my case F28002x) devices. I am just looking for a document that is specifically valid also for the device in use by me.

Thanks for the clarification.

F28002x devices have 90% HWBIST coverage unlike F2837x devices which have 99% coverage.

We don't have similar document for F28002x family of devices? If you have specific question, I have follow-up with design team and get back with you.
