TMS320F28374S: Run from internal Flash

I have a working CCS project that works great when flashed in RAM. But when I flash to FLASH, nothing happens after the device is restarted (power off-on).

What's wrong?

GPIO72 pulled up to VCC
GPIO84 pulled to GND

Used SysConfig

CCS Version: 11.1.0.00011

C2000Ware v4.00.00.00

Hi Vamsi. Thank you for your reply.
I went through the FAQ article, some points are not yet entirely clear.
The point is that my project was completely working (including running from FLASH). But after updating C2000Ware and replacing the target device with a new copy, it stopped working via FLASH.

Hi Denis,

As per your first message in this post thread, your boot mode pins are not configured for flash boot.

Boot mode GPIO pins should be configured for flash boot (1,1) for standalone flash execution after a power cycle.

Hi Vamsi.

Works.
But on the previous copy of the target device, the GPIOs are set to 72 to 1, 84 to 0, and it works. I will look for why.
