Hi experts, 

In F28004x Safety Analysis Reports Section 4.1.5, it said: "The diagnostic effectiveness of MCU safety features has been established through architectural analysis and fault injection". 

Please explain the fault injected into the ADC module and the SRAM. Or in other words, please explain the test we did for Diagnostic Effectiveness of ADC and SRAM. Thanks a lot.
