TMS320F280039C: Regarding support for IEC60730

Hi experts,

Q1:The F28003x datasheet does not include any information regarding functional safety (especially IEC60730), but is it correct to understand that it is not supported by hardware?

Q2:Is there sample code available for software implementation?

I could not find any Safety Diagnostics Libraries (SLD) for F28003x in C200Ware.

[My customer wants to implement the following self-tests]
CPU (registers, program counter)
ROM test
RAM test
Clock
ADC

Safety collateral for the F28003x is still a work in progress, but we do plan on supporting it similarly to what we've done to support it for F28004x. From our analysis, F28003x should be IEC60730 capable.

The F28003x SDL is scheduled to be released in October. Since the device is so similar to the F28004x and F28002x though, customers should be able to get started using those versions of the library in the meantime.
