Hello,
We produce since many year an electronic board based on TMS320F28377/379.
On the end of production, we program the firmware with the Gang C2000.
1) We used the Gang firmware v01.00.01..., And with the same image, we flash 28377 and 28379 without any probelm.
THe CPU are the same, only the 379 as a CLB we do not used.
Last week, we ordered another Gang, we a newest Firmware (v01.07.00 or something like this)
But, now, an error message appears if the image is set for 377 and used a 379 and reverse... Can we make gang ignore the CPU check?
2) Since some week, we have many electronic board with Error 23 when we flash with gang.
There is no reason to have this error. On 100pcs, we have about 15 CPU with this error wher before we have 0 errors!
Is somebody can help me to find what can appens on these board?
We also try some alone CPU with a simply board (Power and JTAG): we have also the error...
??

Hi,
I get the problem.
On the board, we have a power superviser which control power supply voltge.
This component has a failure and lead to set the RESET pin to low... so the JTAG can't communicate..

Can you try the latest software from our website?

Let me know if the state is the same or not.
