                I presume you don’t have any problems connecting to the device through CCS and you only have an issue while trying to load your program (i.e. program the flash), is my understanding correct? What is the history on the device that you are having a problem with? Is this the first time you are trying to program the device? If the device was already programmed, did you program the password earlier? 

Please confirm that you have absolutely no issues connecting to the device and running code off RAM.

                I regret I don’t understand what your problem is and exactly what help you need from us. Unless the problem is explained clearly, it would be hard to help. Please answer every question below accurately:

1. Are you able to connect to the device using CCS?
2. Are you able to load code in RAM and run it?
3. Are you able to load code in Flash and run it?
4. Is this a new device with blank flash?
5. If not, was the device programmed with passwords earlier?

If you are able to program the flash, I am not sure what the issue is. Please try programming a new device to ascertain if the problem is with your code or with the specific device.
