TMS320LF2401A: Does TI have Pin to pin or upgrade soluiton with TMS320LF2401A?

There is no pin-compatible upgrade option. The nearest equivalent in terms of MIPS and package size would be TMS320F28027PT.  Another option would be TMS320F280025PT, which is considerably more powerful than the 28027.
