TMS320F280041-Q1: How to inject failure to C28x CPU and use C28x STL to diagnose it.

Hi experts,

My customer is asking for failure injection method for C28x CPU, because they want to confirm the C28x STL is efficient to detect the CPU failure. Please help check if we have those methods or not.

The library contains a negative test that is expected to fail to confirm that the CPU is capable of detecting a PSA mismatch.
