            In online market , I am unable to get the evaluation board in stock for DelfinoTm TMS320F28379D controlCARD R1.3, so because of such challenge , we are in decision to build proto-board. Being a embedded software engineer, what points I need to look into for this, as I am new to C2000 microcontrollers.
