TMS320F2800137: low start-up current

I am looking for a C2000 derivative with as low as possible start-up current. Current consumption after start-up is not critical. It can be ANY device from across the C2000 portfolio.

Which one would you recommend and what would be the current/power at start-up?

    Hi Andreas,

    Thanks for your question. In general, the F280013x devices will be our lowest power consumption devices. Although we do not have data specifically for the current/power at start-up, the "RESET MODE" current is basically what you are asking for, and is available in the current APL datasheet (in the "System Current Consumption - VREG Enable - Internal Supply" table)
