LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Questions regarding importing a project and SysConfig

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28379D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG, C2000WARE

Hi Experts,

Good day

I have a few questions regarding importing a project and SysConfig. The board that I am using is Launchpad F28379D the first problem is that when I am trying to import the project I am facing the following cross on the file that I am trying to learn.

I tried to reinstall C2000Ware. However, despite the fact that the files were replaced with new ones. The error is still there, and I cannot import the file.

The second question is related to the first LED blinking example to be set through SysConfig. I went through the instructions line-by-line, but could not manage to run the microcontroller the same way that we had in the reference file. I wanted to take some assistance on that side as well. Step-by-step assistance actually.

Please advise.

Regards,

Josel

  • Josel,

This seems to be an academy issue so I will bring in our academy experts. The second project in your screenshot shows a red X. I think that may be because the project already exists in your workspace FILE SYSTEM (you may have forgot to remove from the file system).

  • Hi,

Did you install C2000Ware 4.03.00.00 in C:/ti/c2000_backup folder or you renamed the folder after installation?

Can we start with clean C2000Ware install? I will uninstall old one, manually delete the folder. Reinstall the C2000Ware, and start a fresh workspace in new location.

Let me know if you see any error.

    Regards, Santosh
