Thanks for your reply. I've gone through the API that you have mentioned and its great. It addition to the RMS value, Avg. Value/ Freq. of the given signal, is there any way to estimate the phase difference between all the 3-phases of the transformer ? 

Also all the parameter estimations are calculation intensive and also they should be Hard-Realtime in nature. 

PS : I'm newbie in term of TI for power monitoring, I'm seeking this aid in terms of software point-of-view. We're gonna use passive Rogowski coil, where the voltage, current & phase should be monitored for all the three phases.

When you say 3-phase, do you mean 3-phase AC input? or single phase AC input with 3-phase interleaved PFC?

Power analyzer measurement library, as shared by Ozino, is the only power measurement related library supported by C2000. Currently it does not support a direct measurement of phase difference between V and I. But implicitly, you can get P and S so you can calculate the phase angle if signals are sinusoidal and you don't expect the phase difference update to be too fast. If you want to record the phase difference more accurately, you can add a Zero crossing for current too, so that you can compare the zero crossing between V and I for the phase difference.
