Hi Team,

Would you kindly check if the MCU is defective? Please see details of the issue in the attachment below:

I initially suggest to try unlocking the device using CCS Uniflash tool command: Unlock the device -> Program but it does not work. 

In addition to this, the MCU is heating up when they try to use. I am thinking that the device that the device is defective, can you confirm?

    Hi Marvin,

    The device heating up could be a sign that it is no longer functioning, but that is not necessarily the case. Could you try looking at the XRSn pin with an oscilloscope while the device is on? Also, have you been able to connect to this device in the past?
