It looks like you are stuck at an ITRAP (Illegal instruction) wait point. 

Could you try reflashing your code and stepping through it?

Sir ,

we have tried lots of time re-flashing and also I've tried to make a breakpoint to find where it's shucking , but the code is not even going inside first line of main.

when we hit run it instantly goes to that ITRAP location.

If you use the "Step Into" button, you immediately are taken to the ITRAP location? I will need to reach out to another expert about this.

Hello Vikas,

When you do the 'Assembly Step Into' option, does it still immediately jump to the ITRAP or is it able to step through the disassembly code? (Make sure to have the disassembly view for this). Also, you said you shared the message you're getting on the console, but can you show the actual 'Console' window that CCS has? It should have messages about connecting to the target device, etc. Please make sure to show the 'Debug' window as well, since this will show the target connection and possibly any issues there.

     I tried with assemble debugging but still it is not going to next instruction, directly jumping to ITRAP.  Please find the snapshot of assembly debugging and consol window.

Have you tried testing an example project provided in C2000Ware? If that works but this example doesn't, try to find any differences in the programs (look at the linker command file, map file, and any differences in the console output for the project build).

           This code we are using with LQFP package and it working fine with this package, is there any problem or special setting to do with BGA package?

I would recommend trying with another ControlCARD with the same package that you're using which is not running the program correctly (BGA). If both BGA ControlCARDs don't work, then I will try to see if another expert might know why this is, but if it's uniquely happening with just one ControlCARD then it may be that the ControlCARD got damaged in some way.

If the code is not getting to main(), then it could be that the boot process is failing. What is the boot mode you have selected on the controlCARD?
