C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: The problem that the motor starts to rotate slowly when the load is extremely small

Part Number: C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK

Hi Team,

I ask this question for our customer:

project: universal_motorcontrol_lab_f28002x

control method: Sensorless; And the fixed speed is 4200RPM (3 pole pairs, 210Hz); Set the USER_MOTOR1_MAX_CURRENT_A parameter to 183 (that is, the phase current peak-peak 366A).

Set the USER_M1_MAX_VS_MAG_PU parameter to 0.5 (SPWM) and load the motor. When the power supply current (Idc) rises to about 25A, the motor speed begins to decrease (the speed is about 4000RPM (200Hz) at this time) and cannot be maintained at 4200RPM (210Hz). The load at this time is extremely small and obviously cannot meet the demand.

Is there any way to improve this phenomenon? I hope it can start to reduce when the power supply current is about 60A.
