During the development phase, we use the CCS with debugger to modify the On-Chip Flash.
Such as Z1-GPREG2.
Question: When do the mass manufacturing, does TI provide the other automatic program of the On-chip Flash tool?
Hi WZ,
Once the development phase is closed, you can initialize these fields as part of your application and map those sections to the corresponding flash/OTP locations.
The CCS On-chip flash tool Or the Uniflash tool (https://www.ti.com/tool/UNIFLASH) can program these fields.
SysConfig DCSM tool allows you to autogenerate the code/linker-command files to initialize all these fields - And you can use them as part of your application. I will ask our DCSM OTP SysConfig expert to review this for you.
Thanks and regards,
Vamsi
Hi WZ,
Are you familiar with the SysConfig DCSM Tool? You can use this to program your security settings along with your application as Vamsi mentioned. Let me know if you need any assistance with this.
Thank you,
Luke
