I want to use C2Prog for processor upgrade via SCI interface,But I have the following problem.Here are my configurations and questions.

Above is my DCSM configuration, HEX configuration and C2Prog software configuration.When I do this, I get a prompt for

Connection for stage #1 established.
Completed download stage #1.
Connection for stage #2 established.
Security access no response.

I would like to ask whether this operation is correct and how to solve this problem.

Hi,

Did you already program this device successfully with DCSM settings once? Or this error occurred on the first program?

Please respond to Vamsi's question and also provide information about your hardware.

Is it a TI evaluation module (controlCARD) or your own design?

In case of your own design, please let us know how the serial interface is realized and what type of serial-USB adapter you are using. Also, does your hardware have a JTAG connector that allows connecting an XDS emulator?

1. I set up boot pins and modes using the DCSM project and it worked.

2. It is my own design, And using the JTAG mode of C2Prog can download the program normally.The external of my board is TTL level interface, and the external uses TTL to USB conversion cable to connect the computer.
