LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Closed loop control of Boost converter

We are implementing the closed loop control of boost converter using Hardware and using TMS28379D launchpad.

We have completed the simulation part and obtained satisfactory results. Here is the matlab file of the simulation.

But while doing the same in Hardware the gate pulse is always 1 and the device is getting short circuited due to this.

..Could you please tell me , if there are any changes
