TMS320F280039C: I want to upload the Program in FLASH using SCI(UART) Serial Flash Programming Method in LAUNCHXL-F280039C Development Board.

Hi Sir,

I want to upload the Program in FLASH using SCI(UART) Serial Flash Programming Method in LAUNCHXL-F280039C Development Board.

As per Document 

First need to upload the Kernel in RAM after That Application will UPLOAD to FLASH using SCI(UART) and Command prompt Window.

For uploading the Kernel in RAM we need to do the  Target Configuration using cJTAG  in CCS Studio IDE First and Upload the Kernel. after that application will download in FLASH using command window.

My Question : can we do the FLASH Programming only using SCI(UART) and Command Window? if Yes kindly Share me the Step by Step Procedure.
