I am using TMS320f280041C with AS5147U encoder I have a doubt that in the user.h file it is instructed to change #define USER_MOTOR1_ALIGN QEP_ALIGN and when defined in SPI it is changed as SPI_ALIGN what is the exact function of these macro and what exactly happens when i change both where it should be checked in SW. This could be helpful If I receive input ASAP.

Yes. So actually my doubt is like how actually the electrical and mechanical pu and rad calculated from the motor. The function in the SW shows the calculation but with this function how exactly the physical calculation are done in the PMSM motor and the d and q axis alignment happens
