TMS320F280021: Setting for BIN format file on F28002x

Hi Champ,

I am asking for my customer. It is urgent for customer to have their end customer to do fw update.

Customer is asking how to correctly generate bin format file with EABI output format.

The bin file they created inserts a large section of 0xFF as below snippet, while the HEX file is normal.

Could the expert kindly guide how to fix it with the setting ? kindly show me explicitly

To reconfirm that is either way mentioned by George workable here, right ?

Do we have an example for the workaround ? Either workaround seems complicate. I would have customer to try on first.
