I have found frequency dependence from temperature but not dispersion values of frequency. This is wy i have to make several micro working together in an application that measure a time from a common trigger event, and all must measure the same value.
Working with MSP430F5171 I had to use an external chrystal.; internal clock had some dispersion between diferent chips.
