TMS320F280039C: how to use Counter or FSM to triggers Pull low event here by CLB?

Hi Experts,

I am asking for my customer. 

They want to use CLB to limit max duty here. Due to they use CMPSS to pull low the PWM1A, PWM1B invert from PWM1A. 

When PWM.A duty < 0.3, PWM.B duty > 0.7; PWM1A no constant, but PWM1B should be limit to max 0.7 duty. So customer want to use CLB trigger event to advanced pull low PWM1B. Thanks.

We can capture DUTY, PRD and when T1 occurs current Counter TBCTR below, But how to use Counter or FSM to triggers Pull low event here by CLB? Thanks.
