Could you please provide the information like:
1. What are the software tools need to be installed for this set up?
2. Does the tool provide any Graphical representation of real time data while running the motor?

You may download the MotorControl software development kit (SDK) for C2000 MCUs as below

CCS IDE has such function. You can search such topic on E2E or TI website, or CCS help.

Incremental encoder which is embedded in the motor.
