Tool/software:
This occurs when running a clean on the system project. I am expecting the system project to reach into each of the configured projects and run a clean on them, not this error:
Occurs on CCS 12.8.1.00005
Hi Bryant,
To clarify, are you running a clean on multiple projects at once?
Thank you,
Luke
I right-click on the project tree on the left hand side in the "Project Explorer". The type of project is called a "system project", and it is a single project. When I do this, I receive this error, the make clean does not occur for this single system project, which is configured with a system.xml file to refer to 2 OTHER projects, which are open at the same time.
So, the problem is in how the system project is passing information to the right-click "Clean project" option. Try it by creating a new system project, and importing 2 examples from C2000 example folders for this chipset.
Hi Bryant,
I can't seem to create a "system project" on my side. Could you take screenshots or a video to demonstrate what you're seeing in CCS?
Thank you,
Luke

Hi Bryant,
I have recreated this issue on my side. I have reassigned this thread to our CCS experts to clarify the cause of this issue.
Thank you,
Luke
I was able to reproduce the issue also. I file a bug for this issue. The bug ID is CCSNXT-1895 and can be provided to TI support when looking for the status of the bug. Thanks
