TMS320F28377D: Power about TMS320F29377D in Low Power Mode

Part Number: TMS320F28377D

Tool/software:

hello.
I am trying to configure controller low power mode using TMS320F29377D.

Currently, when the MCU enters sleep mode (halt), it wakes up using GPIO 41.
My question is: When entering sleep mode, is it possible to use only VDDIO as the mcu power and then turn on the another power (VDDOSC, 1,2VDD, 3.3VREF, 3.3VA) after wake-up?
Or should all power of the mcu are alive even if it enters sleep mode?

I would like to check this information when design the circuit, but I cannot find it in the datasheet.

Please reply.
thank you.

  • Hello Yuri,

    Thanks for your patience.

No, all power of the mcu should be alive. You can read the current consumption of each source(VDD, VDDIO, ...) in section "6.5 Power Consumption Summary" in datasheet.

    Regards,

    Hadi
