Yes, this is fine. We use DP83826I in our F28P65x evaluation board designs. Please refer to those and the App Note below:

HY931147C integrated magnetics should not be used, this does not follow our recommended termination network.

Recommended termination:

If integrated magnetics are required for your application, please find a model with the equivalent termination circuit.

Otherwise, Table 10-1 has magnetics that can be used with external terminations.
