LAUNCHXL-F2800157: Erase flash memory

Tool/software:

hello , i  would like to erase my entire flash memory , and i have installed uniflash and ccs studio ,but when i tried toperform the erase with uniflash it gives me this error :

 [ERROR] IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 20.0.0.3298)

i dont want to buy the XDS110 probe , is there another way to do that please ?
