How to clear RAM after bootloader? My customer found it maybe some RAM not 0, cause they can't the execute application

What do you mean by this?

After POR, the Boot ROM clear the RAMs but you can use the RAM INIT feature (please refer to the Memory Controller section in TRM) to clear the RAM content.
