I am using the TMS320f28069 for a motor control application. My program is working fine. I'm able to program the device via the JTAG interface through the CC5 interface.
What I'd like to do now is program the device serially. I found the following link on the TI website, but when I go to search for teh C28X Flash Tools, the link seems to be broken. Furthermore, a search for Flash Tools does not return anything from the website. (see links below)
