CCS5 can't connect to F28335 Control Card via XDS100 Emulator

Hi All,

I have connected F28335 Control Card with CSS5 successfully and also loaded the code from the simulink to blink the LD3. But now i cannot connect to the kit again. Whenever, i try to connect, the CCSv5 emulator show the error  

C28xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1041 @ 0xFFFFFF66) The emulator reported an error. Confirm emulator configuration and connections, reset the emulator, and retry the operation

I don't know the reason why ? . 

Please give me some advices.
