hi
suggest me the best solution for , BLDC motor(3-phase,1.1 hp,310v dc,4600rpm,4 poles,5amps) ) with hall sensor in C2000 piccolo or delifino boards along with hardware equipment
Hi,
Why don't you go through this:

If you are set on doing hall sensored BLDC you should use TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT, there is a SW example that runs on Piccolo tmdscncd28035. Software support from www.ti.com/tool/controlsuite
I also recommend purchasing TMDSCNCD28069MISO controlCARD which will allow you to plug in to the same Hv inverter and try sensorless InstaSPIN-FOC and sensored or sensorless InstaSPIN-MOTION. These are supported through www.ti.com/tool/motorkitscncd69miso and www.ti.com/tool/motorware
Hi I am a student from Ecuador, I have purchased the TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT, I think it is incredible; recently I have been studying the two control methods for BLDC motor, but I have trouble understanding the HALL3_DRV module used in the Sensored Trapezoidal Control, I wonder if you could explain certain details of the module (operation principle) especially the HALL3_DEBOUNCED_MACRO I have read the software flowcharts on the guide but there is no the technical background.
I have read about the InstaSPIN-FOC technique and I think it is far superior to the other techniques, unfortunately today in my coutry is difficult to import, but as soon as I have the resources I will import it.
documented

you can go read about using hall sensors in general, this may give you a better background than our docs provide on the principle of operation.

Yes, it is! All you need is to purchase
TMDSCNCD28069MISO
and it will work with your TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT if it is Rev 1.1 (yellow PCB
