Hi,
i have a design in Simulink. Now i want to test it in a microcontroller. I'm searching for a microcontroller. I found that the TMS320F2812 can be used for my application.
I'm on the step to order it. I don't if i must buy also the TMS320F2812 eZdsp. Is the TMS320F2812 eZdsp necessary also? Where is the difference between the TMS320F2812 eZdsp and TMS320F2812?
Please could you advise me which connector can i use to connect the TMS320F2812 to my PC? Or what is the necessary hardware and software can i order with microcontroller to let it run perfectly?
I'm asking that because i don't have any experience with microcontroller.
Regards,
M.J
Hi,
You'll be needing an emulator ie XDS100 to connect your mcu with PC. Using a Kit would be easier to start and implement your project; so go for it!

hi Gautam,
do you mean that if i buy a kit i will receive the complete necessary set (hardware, software and cable) for implementing my real time testing?
Please could you send me a links with the kit?

Yup, this will have everything. You just have to make use of the sample codes and develop your code.
