Currently I'm working on the TMS320F28377D developing tools, and trying to add an external memory to this control card. Basically I'm doing is to design a new board(with power/amplifiers/memory on it) to mount the control card -- or to replace the Docking station. I googled for the library of HSEC8-130-01-L-DV-A & HSEC8-160-01-L-DV-A-BL, but found nothing.
If anyone can share the connector lib, I will be thankful about that.
Also, does anyone know the relative distance between HSEC8-130-01-L-DV-A & HSEC8-160-01-L-DV-A-BL?

Hi King,
I have attached the HSEC-based controlCARD outline specification to my post. The distance between the center of the last pin on the big connector and the center of the first pin of the smaller connector is 21mm.
A Mentor (PADS) symbol/footprint for the connector can be found inside the Docking Station schematics/pcb files in controlSUITE.
We also have a footprint/symbol for Altium, but I would need to find it. Please let me know if you would like me to look.
Finally, we also have a footprint for ExpressPCB.
Unfortunately, we don't have a footprint designed in Eagle today. Perhaps you can import in the symbol from one of these other packages.

I already built the lib by myself. It cost one day (beside to draw device, also I need to get the exactly sizes of the connectors, and the distance of them).

We have both of these CAD parts on SnapEDA (HSEC8-160-01-L-DV-A-BL and the HSEC8-130-01-L-DV-A) for Eagle. This will hopefully save you some time next time; please always double-check dimensions and share your findings too.

We do not have a component in Altium for the HSEC connector currently.
However, you should be able to import a PADS ascii file into Altium and utilize the footprint:
\controlSUITE\development_kits\~ExperimentersKits\120or180pin_HSEC_DockingStn-HWdevPkg_v1_1\R4_1\{TXN003}_controlCARDDockingStationR4_1-PADS.asc
