C28xx Failed CPU reset

Hi to all,

I have been using the Experiments kit TMS320C2000

with the controlCARD with Piccolo TMS320F28027FPTT implemented. I am using CCS6.1 and with the emulator

www.olimex.com/.../TMS320-XDS100v3_UM.pdf

everything works OK.

In order to save some space for my project I decided to implement the MCU to my control board.

I used the same exact drawing like:

and

and the Same code 

the ''Test connection'' of the target gives no errors

Finally the CCS gives me the following error.  

I have checked the my PCB for again and again to trace any hardware error but it seems ok.

ANY help could save me. I have run out of possible mistakes
