TMDSCNCD28027F+TMDSHVMTRINSPIN +XDS100V3,

I CAN CONNECT THE TARGET, WHEN I LOAD PROGRAM, ccs console show:

was this solved? why aren't you using the XDS100v1 emulator provided on the kit?

First, can not connect with XDS100V1, I thought XDS100V1 bad, then XDS100V3, can not connect, replacing a piece of 28027F, as well.

do you have the switches correct on the controlCARD?
are the isolation/power jumpers correct on the HVMTR kit?
are you powering the emulator on the HVKIT with the 15V supply AND have the toggle switch thrown?
