320F28069 Flash Build/Boot?

Hi, I am using CCS 6.1 with aF28069 and have built for Flash. My system works well, except it does not boot from Flash (won't run after a power cycle). What is needed to boot from Flash? I've read assorted solutions for other microprocessors and software, but none seem to apply.

I have a similar question in the InstaSPIN Forum, which may not be the appropriate one.
