TMS320F28054 AFE Input Impedance

Hi.

The TMS320F28054 has an internal AFE. The AFE has a gain amplifier for analog inputs A1,A3,A6,B1,B4,B6.

What is the input impedance or leakage current for these analog inputs to the AFE?

What data sheet is this specified in?

The AFE pins are expected to have the same input leakage as the ADC pins: +/- 2uA.

The ADC pins have this documented in the ADC Electrical Characteristics table in the datasheet. The AFE pins do not have it explicitly documented.

Do note that the VREFOUT pin has an internal pull-down that may introduce some error to ADC conversions when sampling a high impedance output.
